These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GarageMan website, mobile applications, and related services (the “Service”) operated by Garage Man. By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GarageMan is a technology platform that connects drivers (“Customers”) with nearby mechanics and partner garages (“Providers”) for roadside rescue, vehicle pickup and return, and scheduled garage visits. We facilitate requests, status tracking, estimates, media sharing, and in-request messaging.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, repair and roadside work is performed by independent Providers — not by Garage Man employees acting as your mechanic. We are not a party to the underlying repair contract between you and a Provider, except where we expressly say otherwise in writing.
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and capable of arranging vehicle service. You agree to provide accurate account information (including name, email, and phone) and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Staff and garage accounts may be provisioned by invitation or partnership onboarding and are subject to additional operational rules we communicate to partners.

Providers using GarageMan agree to handle jobs professionally, hold any licenses or insurance required by law for the work they perform, communicate clearly through the app, and not misuse customer data obtained via the platform. Misrepresentation of skills, unsafe work, or abusive conduct may result in suspension or removal.
Price previews and estimates shown in the app are informational until accepted under the flow presented. Final charges for parts and labor are determined by the fulfilling Provider unless a different arrangement is stated. Garage Man may introduce platform fees; any such fees will be disclosed before you confirm.
Fraudulent, spam, or abusive requests may be cancelled and may lead to account suspension. Cancellation rules for an active job may depend on job status and Provider policies communicated in-app.
You may not: misuse the platform; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with security or availability; scrape or reverse engineer except as allowed by law; upload malware or illegal content; harass others; or use GarageMan for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The GarageMan name, logos, app design, and website content are owned by Garage Man or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GARAGE MAN DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific response times from Providers, or particular repair outcomes.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GARAGE MAN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR PLATFORM FEES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garage Man from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described on our Account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, or extended inactivity. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts in Doha, Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request account deletion.
